The "Association" means the Ellens Green and Rudgwick Gardening Association

 

When you upload a photograph to this website, you accept that:

1. You are certifying that the photograph is of your own work

2. You are granting the Association a licence to display the photograph

3. You are granting the Rudgwick Magazine a licence to print to photograph

4. Any person who can be identified in a photograph has given permission for the photograph to be processed by the Association

5. The decision whether or not to include your photograph in the virtual show rests with the Chairman of the Association

6. The decision whether or not to include your photograph in the Rudgwick Magazine rests with the editor

7. The Association will hold your name, address and email address in connection with the Virtual Show.  Data provided will be used in connection with the Virtual Show only, The Association won't sell it or give it to anyone else.  If you wish to withdraw your entry please let us know and we will delete your data completely from this site.
