The information below relates to 'normal' shows.
One of the best ways to participate is to enter one or more exhibits at a show. There are 3 ways to do this - you choose!
-
You can enter using our online form. It’s very straightforward, and the show secretary will collect your entry fees at the door of the hall on the morning of the show. Once you've determined the class numbers for your entries, fill in the online form (click or tap here to find it).
-
You can print out and fill in a form (see Printable Forms in the menu at the top of this page) and get it to the show secretary (remember to enclose cheque or cash – 50p per class, children free).
-
You can email egrgashowsecretary@gmail.com with the classes you wish to enter, then on the morning of the show the show secretary will collect your entry fees at the door of the hall.
Whichever method you choose, get your entries in by 10pm on the Thursday before a show. Cheques should be made payable to “Ellens Green and Rudgwick Gardening Association”. The Show Secretary is Simon Quail, 2 Kilnfield Road, Rudgwick RH12 3EL
